No one has got informations about his origins but it is hypothesized that this building can date back to 1857, because this date is engraved behind one of the fake windows at the upper floor. On the front of the building there is an inscription : ANIMO LEVANDO ET SALUTI TUENDAE that means “To lift the moral and to protect the health”.
